In this document, "zee77", "we", "us", or "platform" refers to the zee77 online casino and betting service. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person registered with or using the zee77 service.

Welcome Bonus:

• zee77 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• A maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies to deposits of ৳22,000 or more.

Wagering Requirements:

• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal — a 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount.
• Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Rules:

• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, zee77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household, IP address, or device is prohibited.

Fair Play Rules & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any hacking, use of bots, or technical manipulation of the platform's software or game systems.
• Collusion — multiple players working together to defraud the platform.

• Operating multiple accounts for the same individual.

If suspicious activity is detected, zee77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account for investigation without notice. If a violation is proven during the investigation, the account may be permanently closed and the balance forfeited.

Account Suspension, Cancellation & Closure

Users may voluntarily request to close their account at any time. zee77 may also suspend or cancel an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Participation in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Failure to complete age verification or being found to be a minor.
• Extended account inactivity (at zee77's discretion).

Upon a voluntary account closure request, any remaining valid balance will be returned, however active bonus balances will be cancelled. If an account is closed due to a violation, the balance may be forfeited.
